Tropical Generals Eagle - Good or Bad?

Hi guys. I am not sure whether this is a cap or breast badge, but would love to hear your comments and opinions on it please. The head of eagle has me a bit worried, but as this is the first like this that I have seen, I thought it prudent to ask your advice.

Hi Tom, to be honest, this one leaves me cold. I am not keen on it at all. I would not buy it if it were offered to me.

I wish I could add some solid info for you. But the "fat" looking eagle I have never seen before on any original.
