I once had a Luftwaffe flight/para NCO tunic in that yellow shade canvas material like the army NCO posted above. I got it in a used clothing shop in Frankfurt/M in the late 1970's for DM 25. It was a very small size and had the officer's cuffs with a typical EM eagle.

In those days it was easy to find cool odds and ends at fleamarkets and junk shops.

You know, I once saw practically the twin of that yellow canvas NCO tunic, right down to the four buttons, except with lieutenant's insignia. Same tailor?

That last one is interesting. If the Litzen are original, it appears the owner had them transferred from his Waffenrock. I suppose it saved him a few RM to recycle. The breast eagle also appears very bright- is it wire?

They aren't Waffenrock litzen as they have the 'branch' colour in the centre...in this case green for Administration. Also, perhaps as he is not a front-line serving officer he could get away with a bright bullion eagle!
Here's an Admin Waffenrock to compare the collar litzen.
