The blue eagle would indicate Kriegsmarine, and yes, it is for a sports shirt.

As said, a KM Sports shirt eagle. These big patches are more impressive than they are valuable, though. They generally bring considerably Under $100 bucks-sometimes below $50, if you're lucky, so figure accordingly.

I agree with all the above...I wouldn't pay more than $45 for it though, as these are easily found and not expensive...

It patch is a nicely used, cut and folded, 1st pattern Kreigsmarine sport shirt eagle. They usually run from $25.-$50. depending on condition. $50. is a very high end for this piece. They are readily available in the open market.
