What do you want to know? The tunic appears to be an M43 tunic converted fo officer use, the cap is an early Em/nco cap.
I never saw one officer with such cap, belt, jacket.

Its just a set, i dont think it all belonged to the same person. The tunic is an converted Em tunic for use by an officer (its nothing wrong with that) The cap in a early EM/Nco hat...the belt is a common combat belt for an EM/nco.
