    Hello,
They're not issue shoulderstraps, they're made of felt, with cord as piping, at best they're privately purchased.
they could have been made anytime, including the era that is of our interest (like 1937 to 1945)
    Thanks

    Hello,

I have seen this style in a few different waffenfarbes. These are called mobilization boards in my collecting circle.
