this is my first post, I need some help please.....

my brother recently found this in his new home and I want it !!!

his wife has just had a baby and its their first home so I would like to give them something for it around it value.

firstly is it genuine , any more info greatly appreciated and how much is it worth

Yes I agree with Ade and Jerry,
a nice original Officers breast eagle.
Due to the condition I would plump for the lower end of around £35 as a value.
BUT as it is your brother's and sister in laws first home AS WELL as a new baby I would just give £150...go on it will bring you luck
