wehrmacht panzer collar tab - Is it a fake ?

Hi, im writing because i was offered this single collar tab, and its way out of my field. So i wanted to ask you guys what you think. Seller tells me he bought it 40 years ago in a antique shop.
The pictures are bad to say it at least, and i think its a repro. But lets hear what the more experienced guys say

The double prongs to the deathshead are odd? I cannot recall seeing those on an original before?
