What is it?, is it German?
I have just picked up this piece of cloth insignia from a chap here locally on the Island. It came with a lovely holster for a Walther PPK. They both came from the chaps late Uncle who had been a guard in a pow camp in Austria and its believed he brought the 2 items with him. The man said his Uncle had told him the patch was for Skandinavian volunteers in the SS. I don't think this is correct but have never see anything like it before. It could be a boy scout cloth badge as far as I know, so all info gratefully received.
