What for is this Golden Eagle

Often hard to say if an original with bullion eagles. What colour is the backing material to the eagle? (Not that of the cutoff) It could be a Heer General officers example, if original as it looks to be on very dark green backing and sewn to feldgrau cloth. Any chance of some good well lit close up detail pictures?

have to ask a friend with a better cam, when i try then the flash is way to strong, the good thing is i know someone who can do better photos then me, but this can take some days or i will try again later
