Could very well be a pair of Dutch trousers; the Germans wore these uniforms after they invaded Holland, and they modified and restamped Dutch uniforms too.

Difficult to say really, some collectors don't like these items in their collection, but I also know that a war-museum in Holland is looking for these re-used items.
But it up for sale in Holland and see what the bids are. It will be way over what you payed for it. I saw a re-used Dutch jacket up for sale in Germany once, I am correct it was 600 euro's. I will see if I still have a link for you.

Not to sure its Swiss Dimas, going through some books about re-issued uniforms as we speak. Would be handy if there where any older (original) stamps vissible.

Currently I do not have Swiss trousers, but I have Swiss tunic with it's button. Also take a look at a pair of Holland made overcoat and trosers for German army. The Holland wool is more rough than Swiss, and Swiss is more blue
