    This was given to me several years ago by the Vet who brought it back with him, said he wanted it to have a good home. Reversable, brownish on other side. Buttons on white side seem to be a sort of hard paper. I've sure enjoyed and appreciated this nice gift.

    Don't know exactly where he did serve, just know I was greatly appreciative when he gave it to me. I do remember him saying that whatever his position was he had access to about whatever he wanted. Thanks for the replies.
