Would like help to identify insignia

Can any Forum members help me identify the following German insignia, especially the formation that would have worn the shoulder straps.

All the items came together – supposedly from a house clearance – but that, of course, could be just another story!

Any offers of help, will as always, be greatly appreciated.

HI, shoulder straps are for a LT. in Army admin., couple of hat eagles, probably a tunic eagle, and a party pin. Hope this helps.

Do any other Forum members have further information relating to the lapel badge? I have not before seen an example with this wording.

Would the small cap eagle have belonged to the SA?

as far as i know is the nun erst recht pin a fake one
first eagel is political and second one is sa or early ss but dont know if real or not
