Found this at a surplus store in Oregon. Told it was WW2 swiss. Its not, but what is it? It has 43 mark, 5 pressed cardboard buttons around neck, four hard rubber type cuff buttons, 6 pebbled front buttons, no shoulder buttons and all the bells and whistles including darkened areas where there was an breast eagle and EM collar insignia. Ive looked at fakes and originals and cant tell. Perhaps some of the more enlightened persons here can see details that would scream FAKE or NICE ONE. Be gentle, its my first German jacket, real or fake. If real, I assume Heer, M43, late war. Unfortunately I am not an expert with WW2 German uniforms. Thanks for info.

Well, I was hoping someone would ask. It was the incredible amount of $50
Not what I would pay for a WW2 Swiss anything but I knew it was not Swiss and so took the chance. Unfortunately, I can not keep it or my collection much longer. Between health and life problems, I must sell my 25 year collection. A very sad thing. Some of you will understand. If anyone wants to see some cool items, let me know where and how to post pictures. If you are like me, sometimes its just fun to see peoples collections and drool.
