I was concerned as this is my first Tunic, also the hanger strap appears to be different from 'Youth Collectors's example.
But real reason is I am out of my depth with this tunic, and concerned that I could waste money on a Postwar 'Hybrid.

Independent companies used different material, i.e: the cloth used from talior to talior would be slightly different. Nothing wrong here, a nice original example that would be a nice addition to any collection.

Indeed it's a nice walking out dress tunic, nothing wrong with the piping on the contrary it would be wrong not to have it.

These are more rare and much more expensive than standard Waffenrocks.

Usually the reverse (at least on the early ones) looks like this.

Thank you all, I have had to pass on this Tunic as I am off work and not sure if I will return. So best not to blow it all at once from last pay check, before the MRI and surgery.
