Hello all, I just received this un-issued sport eagle today and I would like to know if it's an "PANZER" PT? The eagle is black.

Also, it's soiled but would it be worth @ least $100 US ? It's a true 5 5/8 x 10.5. No rips ot tears. Just wrinkled.

    Thanks for looking.

    Questions and comments welcomed.

It is an army sports eagle. Looks like a nice one.
I am not aware of the panzer forces ever having a sports eagle of their own.

There seemed to be Luftwaffe, Navy, and Panzer.
Under PAnzer he states "very scarce variant of the Physical Training eagle and not often encountered."

These go for about $40-60. Not panzer, just normal Heer.

Mr Snyder is one of the more well known sellers of bull$shit stories for military items in the United States.
Many of his items are questionable at best.
You might do searches on his name in the bigger military forums sites. He is universially thought of as a charlatan.
It is my advice to avoid anything he has for sale. Not all of his items are fake but why take a chance when there are many more reputable dealers tnat are more highly thought of.

Wow! Someone beat me to it! Snyder is so well known for his shenanigans that his name is often used as an adjective, adverb, and verb. For instance, don't get "Snydered"! I heard that at SOS this year!
