The thread on the buttons and the loop looks very white and new in comparison to the actual fabric of the jacket. At first I thought the jacket itself might even be a Drill Tunic.

It is indeed a drill tunic, the Drillichrock 33. It appears that this Drillichrock has been pimped a bit to make it more desirable.
Buttons were replaced, shoulderstraps loops were added...
The Sanitäter armband is an early type with sewn red cross.

PS : Looks like the Waffenfarbe on the shoulderstraps is for transport...
