Buckle maker info needed

Hey gang...Perhaps a question for the "advanced" buckle maker but I would really like to find out who is the maker that used this symbol. I have no clue and have not had luck in the past finding out. I'm hoping perhaps some new knowledge or info has come to light that would be able to ID this maker? It's off a RAD buckle.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!

This is the logo of Wilhelm Binder, Schwab Gmund.

A non RZM M4 licensed manufacturer and which of course sits perfectly well with a RAD buckle which was not subject to the RZM.
