    The price-list mentions
    a) iron with field-grey coating / Eisenfeldgrau gepraegt.
    The described organizations is Freiwilliger Arbeitsdienst, Hacke und Spaten.

    Nothing is said about the positioned inset. With other types of buckles
    from this leaflet this is seperately mentioned. The offered buckle
    will not have had an inset!

    The buckle with the hammer and pick emblem (Schlägel und Eisen) is a miner's buckle. IMO.
    The miners used this symbol through the end of the war.

    I think you may be confusing the 'Bergbau' (Mining) buckle with the example posted, here is some reference material, G
