Nice buckle but I have no idea about the maker. These 4 tab private purchase RAD buckles are actually a little hard to find. The ratio is a lot less than with Heer, Luftwaffe or Police.

Great priv. purchase RAD....True: they are much harder to find.....Here is my example to add to the thread.
