It makes for an interesting variant but you can never be sure when the rounded was changed. I have seen a couple of these but they usually have 1 or 2 broken tabs.
The buckle has arrived.. The roundel seems a bit loose when shaking side to side.
There doesn't appear to be any pry marks on the fasteners.
The roundel itself has a slight difference on the top portion as shown. Interesting

If you want to check out something really unusual go to page 279 of Angolia's revised edition. Top buckle is stamped upside down. 180 degrees off. My buddy Garry now ownes this buckle.
A strange buckle IMO, whats going on with them prongs G?
