I also believe this buckle to be original , there is the same one again page 454 in the Angolia book, and I dont these have been faked as yet. The front for me should be the same colour as the rear, the gold colour and not the burnished colour it has.

Not Justice but Prison/penal official. Justice is Silver finish. Original buckle but the finish on the front should match the back. I do see some of these way over price at dealer because of the Evans book. These are really in the $250-300 range in VG condition. Nice buckles but not a lot of collectors.
