Original Political Leader's belt and buckle?

I was wondering if this could be an original belt and buckle for Political Leaders. Length 104cm, width 6cm, has 7 pairs of holes and is marked with "Croupon 274" on the leather and RZM 24 on the brass buckle.

What's your opinion on this? Thanks in advance.

RZM 24 is the marker for Overhoff because the stamp means that is for political .
