Hard to say from just that pic Joe but looks ok. Be careful if you buy it without having checked out and dont pay too much for it so if it turns out bad you are not at a great loss.

Looks awfully new, or else they shined it up for the sale...Like Ben said, I would be Extremely cautious.

A already said, a fairly common buckle. The other keeper will be a pig to find.
