Can you feel a decal on a helmet? if you run your nail is it smooth? also, were(are) they petrol soluble?

An honest question.... Why? Just trying to understand the purpose of the question.

They were all applied on Top of the factory paint, so, certainly, you can feel them with your nail. Unfortunately, all the Fakes were also applied on top of the paint, so this doesn't actually help much with determining authenticity.
