2 HJ knives one early one late,vet bringbacks.
One has the motto but faint made by Puma,other is late war and in better cond.,didnt have a chance to get used much.Who is the maker on the late one?Nothing special but every collection needs a couple!Hey just noticed on the late one ,looks like date is 1239 instead of 1939,factory error?!Now I see it must have been a damaged 9 stamp and then seeing that ,grabbed a new stamp and finished the date.Cant think of any other explanation.

The later RZM M7/37 marked blade is for maker Robert klaas, nice crossgrain left on the blade on that one

Yep Klass as Mac66 states and Puma. Can’t go wrong with either one. Nice pickups and love Puma blades.

Transitionals are dual marked daggers dated 36-38
This should explain it. (a bit confusing but read through the posts).
Mine in this thread is a dual marked but later (40's) dated one so technically not true transitional. I could be wrong in my interpretation from these very fine expert gentleman who helped me.
