The rusty rivet is not set into the griplate recess & has swollen a little due to the rust compared to the other rivet which sits into the grip recess & is not swollen with rust, also looking at the rivets on the plain grip side they are both factory riveted & unmessed with imo
looks like a little grease maybe on the diamond, if it has movement it is not glued, hands on examination would be best.

I agree Mac, for me this one looks fine also.
The diamond seems to have some kind of hardenend grease on the tip, does not seem to be glue imo.
You have to take the sellers word that it moves for the time being..
