Hey all, I was emailed pictures of a HJ knife today and I think it is bogus. It has a maker I have never seen nor can be referenced. Anyone ever seen this before?

Can I get a close up of the swastika?
To me the blade looks like it has more wear than the scabbard which doesn't make sense. That would be a red flag for me.
Post war IMO.

The scabbard has a raised lip at the opening , it should be smooth . This is an easy tell for fakes .
Agreed, post war knife !
I think the swastika emblem is fake as well - not just put in a post war knife. The one "leg" is much thinner and the fish scales don't look quite right to me.
