Default HJ Fahrtenmesser by Tiger dual maker marked

This is a typical RZM HJ knife with the desired dual markers logo on the blade.
Overal condition is fine, leather strap has wear but is not cut and still firm, it has the well known LFS in Oakleave marking on it.
The scabbard is straight and has no dents but had likely a period repaint as there is spidering in the lacquer but its looks like its beneath it.
The hilt is plated potmetal as it should, almost all plating still there.
Grippplates show no wear and show a lovely RZM diamond that wiggles.
Blade is very nice and shows lots of th Original cross grain, it has some spotting but overal its a lovely bright blade.
    Enjoy this little knife
    Regards,
    Ger

Tiger aka Lauterjung & Co..made great HJ knives. Even the later period types..are put together very well. Nice Find Ger Larry

As Larry said, Tiger always put out some top notch knives. I've always said they were one of the upper quality makers-that and they have one of the coolest logos! I agree that the sheath looks like a period repaint-it's almost a miracle to find one in perfect paint these days. A Nice HJ by any way you look at it! This is one HJ that was Not thrown into a tree trunk!

    Very nice Tiger, Ger.
They use two types of tiger marks.
This one is the less stripes body type.
