Hey guys, I know theres alot of info on the forum about Hitler youth knives already, I myself have never been able to get a hold of one. I'v had this one offered to me and I was wondering if I could get a second opinion seeing as im very fresh to this subject matter. Unfortionetly these are the best pictures I could get from the seller, he deals in antiques and doesn't know much about it himself so sorry in advance for the poor photos. The price so far is at $300, but he's open to offers.

Looks like a re-worked knife from the 1960's or 70's, with a repainted
original scabbard - especially with the word 'GERMANY' stamped
    on the ricasso.........
    Regards,

    Steve.

    Run!!!!!!!
its a copy, agree with Steve all the way.
The Motto side of the blade will never be marked with a makers logo, place or country name on its ricasso.
RZM or maker will always be stamped/etched on the back of the blade.

    Cheers Ger

Definitely a Post War Made hj Knife,

Sometimes they used some leftover origional parts to construct these knifes,

Save your cash for an origional hj knife.
