Personally I do not like the thread starter knife but need better clear pictures to be sure. The reason for posting is to share this youtube clip from Dave at DDSDAGGERS. Very handy for anybody who is new to the HJ Knife collecting scene.

I agree, because I compared the blade motto with more blade mottos be Puma and too many different points there.
I like this forum
Thank you all for your opinions very much

ok here is my 2 cents
i think its a fake.
The rzm logo of puma has a 7 which is not in line with the factory code
This been for years, here the rzm logo's of 1937/38/39
The transitional Puma's have as far as i have seen always been combined with the puma head in a diamond

Ger

Ger,
You have hit the nail on the head !
This Puma hj knife now looks like a Frankenstein put together with a fresh Fake blade with fake maker mark & RZM stamp, The hilt, griplates, diamond insignia & scabbard are genuine enough !
Heres me thinking we have stumbled upon a rare Puma makers mark when in fact its a Fake blade married to origional parts !!, i would like to see clear photos of the rivets on the plain side of the grip if that is possible ?, meantime i,m away to stand in the corner & repeat to myself 100 times, i must not jump the gun, i must not jump the gun, i must not.................
Regards Mac 66.

I sent a request to knife owner for more photos and all the pictures I showed here but for next request he doesnt react.
