I have a photo of an early original knife seen with ss... not ß
The difference is the extended guard bayonet,bladeshape,scabbard and the snap.
I think you're right, it's normal "heißt"

Very hard to find and very expensive knife, if it would have been 750 euro less then what he askes for it then i would buy it
Nice Original and way harder to find then a decent SS M33 dagger, pityfull the price is equal

IMO Maxx ts a 70s faked one not a n original period one.
WW1 private purchase trench knife that is supposed to look like an hj honour bayo/knife
I do not like the etch or the stupid price , the dealer is a robber & sells dodgey goods
I'm with Scott,the etch is not period IMO
