It's a shame about the blade tip on it, looks like it's been scraped along somewhere and made a bit of a mess of it, pity really but it is what it is and I like it still.

I have had several over the years with similar damage to the point. In the hands of a soldier, a bayonet was everything from a knife to a screwdriver to a shovel. That is why modern bayonets are built with other uses in mind.
