Dress Bayonet

Picked this bayonet up it has no markings on the bayonet or the scabbard, Is it pre ww2 and is there anyway to identify the maker.

If the hilt is magnetic, which I think is a strong possibility from the images, it's probably circa WW I. With a fairly common maker of that time frame being "no maker". Best Regards, Fred
