Is there anyway to know the approximate date the bayonet was made.

You would have to reseach the E Pack logo to find out the approxomate date, I beleive they used different logos early mid and late, not sure maybe someone here can help more with that, nice bayo I always loved the E Pack maker mark!!

Nice bayonet
I would say,it's a mid period production 1937-38.
The smallest MM it would be later made.
