It's not too unusual to have numbers like that, but nice little details to find.

These are simply part numbers used by Carl Eickhorn. The bayonet & scabbard is a KS98 private purchase "parade bayonet" made by Eickhorn between 1935 and 1941 (most likely earlier around 1935). We know that from the trademark logo stamped on the blade. The original black bakelite grips have been replaced by alloy side grips, probably after WW2. That's about all we can say about this bayonet, other than it's a 20cm Carbine blade, and may have been bought by an NCO.
