Beautifully struck Waffenamt marks. Most bayonets we see are bashed and bumped around so the sharpness of the letters and numerals are lost. WaA655 is what we expect on a Jetter u. Scheerer bayonet as they were based in Tuttlingen, not Solingen. A 1941 Solingen maker would have had a WaA883 mark.
Hello, on the blade is visible tool marking which is already typical for that period, the pommel and scabbard body is heavy polished, it would be nice to see all the parts of the bayonet, scabbard body wout frog.b.r.Andy
