    Could You take a photo of opposite to photo nr.1 also spine of blade, near half ring of crossguard.b.r.Andy

    I will try to scan it and to magnify it - because "the mark" on the opposite site is very unreadable. In fact, I'm not sure - is it a mark - or insn't...
