K98 bayonets that have been stored away for a years.

Article about: As and when I get time, I like to go to my store cupboard and dig out a box or two that I have not opened in a while. I took out a 2cm flak gun ammo box and it contained a few K.98 bayonets

Hi greatwhite, there are still bits and pieces turning up every now and again but not like it used too. I guess thats the same as anywhere though. Well worth booking up to come over as there is still lots to see over here as we had at least 10% of all the poured concrete that went into the Atlantic Wall was poured in the Channel Islands. We have loads of bunkers and tunnels to see as well as some very good museums that are well worth a look.
    All the best from Jersey,
    D
