Need help identifying stag handled bayonet

This was a gift from my Father-in-Law; one of his many souveniers from WW II. Does someone have an idea what I have? I'm assuming it is some type of dress bayonet.

Would any of you gentlemen be able to offer an opinion as to the value of the bayonet with the scabbard and frog? Would the brown leather frog indicate Luftwaffe and would a private purchase dress bayonet, as Blitzkrieg Bop described it, be more likely an officer's bayonet or was it common for enlisted men to purchase such an item?

IMO a brown frog doesn´t indicate Wehrmacht-Luftwaffe !

Enlisted men and NCO´s purchased such dress bayonets.
