The construction of the hanger clips delux

I would like to ask do you know how it is constructed small clip at the delux hanger?
Is there a possibility to dismantling? perhaps you have some photos?

These are not designed to come apart.

Sometimes the spring clip can break.

I bought a dagger and after unpacking it turned out that one clip is broken.

As Ade stated they were not designed to be taken apart. With the example posted by alkor83 showing why an attempt IMO is not generally a good idea given their current age. Made of Feinzink the quality of which declined especially as Guild workers in that industry were gradually siphoned off by the military buildup. With my point being that any additional stresses * like that of trying to make a repair could cause a failure like the one pictured.

PS: * A general statement of some potential problems inherent in period Zinc, I'm not saying that this is what happened to the example pictured. Best Regards, Fred
