Hi !
Maybe you mean Gebrüder Weyersberg, Düsseldorf, or Sabine Weyersberg, Düsseldorf.
Anyway ...
But:
We´re not talking ´bout kitchen needing stuff, wer´re talking ´bout the maker´s-mark of "Gebrüder Weyersberg, Berlin", marked on blade´s of III. Reich-era dagger´s ...
And if you find a "Third Reich-lookin´" dagger with this mark, you´d better let pass this by and think about kitchen needing-stuff !
I mean, let unexperienced collector´s of dagger´s of the Third Reich know, there never was a maker "Weyersberg Berlin".
In Berlin there was no single PRODUCER of dagger´s of the Third Reich, that´s the fact.
Best,
R.
hello
read what i have typed as you have seen my post before
REPRODUCTION 60`s or 70`s
... and you continued in this/your post before:
"... well made by the original factory of weyersberg berlin"
And this is the red flag !
There never was a "original factory of Weyersberg, Berlin", producing dagger´s of the III. R.
That´s the point !
But, I don´t wanna argue, OK ?
Peace !
what i meant was
that these parts were made by weyersberg but not in the piriod of the ww2 as the above line says it 60`s 70`s
but i dont mind if someone starts a discussion or something like that isnt that what a forum is about
maybe my english looks if it is typed in a angryway but i dont mean it like sutch
thanks
cheers j
Guys come on, its a fake and it don't matter where it came from its bad!
These were actually made in Spain, as I said on the very 1st post. The "Berlin" trademark was put there because of legal reasons.
And some SA daggers were marked Berlin, but it only referred to the distributor not the maker.
I am an amateur, and I have been learning much in here.
As I understand, there is no possibility of this dagger is original, right?
Best regards,
The dagger is not original, they were selling these type copies about 5 years ago in Canada for $25.Here is a copy of an army dagger.
