    I agree with Vedran..the dagger looks original......The price tag may well be expensive..in US customers..as the standard of living Im guessing may be higher in that country. The price may be acceptable....but I also agree you you could find one cheaper somewhere within Europe or even your own country....Im sure that is not the only 2nd Luftwaffe model there is. If you find a dagger cheaper here in the US you may end up paying shipping handling and tariffs if any which will end up balancing out to what "That lady" is offering" . I also have seen US dealers also sell this type of combination for more than $1300. check out Lakesidetrader | German WWII Daggers & Medals you will get a great item..for a great price and shipping overseas will be cheaper.     Hi, photos are not very good, but I agree with Vedran, crossguard looks to be Carl Eickhorn´s product, but scabbard is probably made by SMF, so it certainly do not belongs to this dagger. Pommel seems to be product of Eickhorn but better photos are necessary.

    according to a well known site for daggers the price should be about 500-700 dollars in 2010 . the item has been there forever and the woman tried to contact me. i will offer 4500 nok see what she does
