Field Repair Gravity Knife?
Just purchased this SMF gravity knife and its has RCO stamped on the handle. Also, what could RCO stand for? The lever has been replaced but it functions very well. I know its near impossible to say its war time done but whoever did it was very crafty!!! Just wanted to share this piece and hopefully gain some more facts about it
Strangly almost no one will reply to a FJ gravity knife question.
These knives are so highly faked that it seems like no one is willing to burn his fingers with a wrong reply.
So far this one looks genuine, the logo looks oke to me.
Ive tried to look for an abbr. that would suit your RCO, but in fact no Royal Corps had that one ( would explain if it was a trophy)
More likely would be the owners initial.

it looks ok to me,rco no idea.
Do you think the lever replacement is war time done or is it impossible to say? Also, thanks for searching for the RCO!
