Not a 'prototype' with an R.B.Nr. code on it, IMO.........

Re: Help with identification (Early Takedown?)) Gravity Knife
Sorry to be so uninformed but what is a R.B.N. code I know next to nothing about these knives except what I was told at a couple local shows and that was too varied to know what to believe, BTW I just photographed any mark I could find Thanks

Re: Help with identification (Early Takedown?)) Gravity Knife
RBNr = 'Reichbetreibsnummer' - codes for manufacturers,
starting from 25.6.1943.........

Re: Help with identification (Early Takedown?)) Gravity Knife
At first I thought the bolster was cut in half but I see the runner is part of half of it.
Here is a pic of the norm so not sure, this is a new one to me.
I also am not up on these as some are as I have only one period and one Bunds.

Re: Help with identification (Early Takedown?)) Gravity Knife
Could it just have a broken pin and lets it rotate? or is it solid mounted?
The pic looks like one piece but, pics can look one way and be another.
Here is a pic of a two pin
