Luftwaffe 2nd pattern - WKC

    Default Luftwaffe 2nd pattern - WKC

    Please tell me what you think of this one. Its blade is marked for WKC, but to my mind the crossguard is wrong for this maker. Am I wrong? Thank you for your help.

    Hi John, thanks for your reply.
    After looking at different daggers by same maker on various sites, I couldn't find one that looks the same as this one. The Eagle's talons being closer together is more common on Alosco daggers and the engraving on top of the cross guard is unlike any others I have seen. None have the border around the engraving and they are usually somewhat deeper.

    hi,i just checked in the luft book by tom wittman and everything looks texbook wkc fittings from the looks i see..very nice !
