    These will be easy to identify for the Luft collector... Especially the pommels. Be patient guaranteed someone will be along shortly. Regards Larry

    I'm no expert at all but I think it might be a WKC pommel. If not WKC then perhaps a Generic, as the three acorns under the swastika all point upward.

    Might be a good idea to add a picture of the upper part of the crossguard as there should be a beautiful pattern there to use when indentifying.

    Hi, pommel is certainly Generic, but the crossguard is seems to be early and we can see similar crossguard on E.Pack, Wingen, unmarked and many other producers. But this one is different because of its head.

    Thank you for the info. I noticed the head is different then others I own. Could this one have been on an Eickhorn dagger?

    I think it's generic aswell.

    Not the best picture and as stated earlier, I'm no pro

    I'm trying to learn by looking in my newly bought reference book.

    One thing I can't find in my reference book is a similar crossguard where the acorns point upwards like on yours.

    Let's wait and see what the pros say
