    LBA is on the first equipments before the war, so why dress?

    LBA = Luftwaffe Bekleidungsamt. So definitely Luftwaffe related.

    A picture of the complete frog would aid further identification.

    Early LW frog, for combat bayonet.

    Luftwaffenbekleidungsamt "S" was located at Sonneberg.

    The scabbard's frog stud here looks remarkably like that from an Austrian or Czech combat bayonet. Believing it to be a later pairing of the two, not period. FP
