LBA is on the first equipments before the war, so why dress?
Does it represent Luftwaffe?
LBA = Luftwaffe Bekleidungsamt. So definitely Luftwaffe related.
A picture of the complete frog would aid further identification.

The scabbard's frog stud here looks remarkably like that from an Austrian or Czech combat bayonet. Believing it to be a later pairing of the two, not period. FP
