As i have allready bought it..only markings i've been able to see, with a heavy magnifying glass, is remains of the left wing of Icarus !

There seems to be no trace of makers markings and nothing stamped in crossguard
Maybe it's polished away over time?

I'd agree with Ade. looks a nice early nickel example minus the hanger, which is a shame, as it is part of the scabbard
