Hi Gerard, I don't like this at all. Very poorly executed.

    What dagger is this on?

    Cheers, Ade.

    The whole dagger is bad.

Look at the casting marks and air bubbles on the crossguard.

    Cheers, Ade.

    Hallo Ade,
that's a point, but,I can't imagine they fake cracks in the metal, that doesn't do any good to it's value.
That's due to "zinkpest" or "zinc pest" due to these of poor materials in or shortly after the war, they also occurs
after many years, a older fake, may be?

Poor quality metal castings will crack , sorry but it's the worst replica I think I have seen in a while .
I would be asking for a refund if possible .

The best advice we always give on WRF is to always post pictures here Before purchase .

    Send it back for sure.

These daggers were never made with Zinc fittings.

    Cheers, Ade.

That's not always possible to post pictures in advance, because it came from a auction hause, with only one picture of the lot (see the picture) but until now auctionhauses have always take items back if there are false, otherwise they will be burned down on forums like this and/or others.
Anyway thanks a lot for your info.
    With kind regards,
    Gerard.
